After a lot of thinking about useless things, I would like to pose a relevant question regarding our speaking of the new year. As most of us know, 2010 is upon us. But have we put any thought into how we will say it? Will we stick with the past decade and call it "two-thousand ten" (there's no "and" in numbers. My age isn't thirty and six. If I live another 100 years, I won't be one hundred and thirty-six. I will be one hundred thirty-six. Get it? I digress--anyway...). Before 2000, we called it nineteen eighty-seven, for example. Will we be able to go back to those days and start calling the year "Twenty Ten"?
Personally, I would like to go back to the old way and call it twenty-ten. I guess time will tell. Thinking about dumb things like this reminds me that I have "too much time on my hands", like Night Ranger.
I predict that the media will have the greatest impact on the decision of the world. What will they call it when the clock strikes midnight. Carson Daly will probably say two thousand AND ten, like a fool. Maybe I should send emails to all of the media outlets tomorrow to sway them into saying twenty ten. That might work. But I wanted to start with a smaller crowd. Much smaller. So I picked the message board to get the ball rolling. We don't have much time.
Spread the word. Twenty-Ten is here!
Be safe this weekend.

While I agree that we should use twenty-ten, I believe it was Styx who had too much time on their hands.
Is it any wonder I'm not the president

You are correct. It is Styx. I am no longer omnipotent.
You're fooling yourself, Mr. Roboto.
I hope I was entertaining enough on New Years Night. That was fun. I was expecting one of you two clowns to rescue me if I accidently set the hook. I didn't want any of that. But it was fun at her expense. I was just seein' what I got. I need a little more practice. Although Warren wanted to go home with me, I had to turn him down. Maybe next time, sweet cheeks.

I'm going with MMX. Roman numerals, Baby! After all, America's much like Rome, except that our power and influence over the rest of the world will never decline.
What year is it? emm emm ex.
